Product Design Features:
1. The split-type welded cast steel frame has simple structure and strong impact resistance; heavy eccentric shaft and bearings ensure the impact resistance of the movable jaw assembly; a heavy-duty guard plate is installed above the movable jaw to withstand the strong impact of materials.
2. The jaw plate and side guard plate are made of high manganese steel, the toggle plate is made of gray cast iron, and the eccentric shaft is made of high-strength forged steel. They are made through multiple precision machining, heat treatment and flaw detection inspections, and have sufficient rigidity and strength.
3. When the equipment is working, materials exceeding its crushing capacity may enter. These materials will have adverse effects on the operation of the equipment, and even damage the equipment. At this time, the toggle plate will break by itself to protect the equipment from damage.
4. Gasket-type discharge adjustment device, centralized lubrication system, easy to operate and easy to maintain; the jaw plate has a symmetrical structure, and can be used after being worn up and down, prolonging the service life and saving replacement costs.
